These large size menstrual pads are approximately 10" by 8" across wing to wing. 100 % organic down to the thread. Very absorbant with 6 layers all together, 2 organic thick cotton and 4 organic cotton batting. These pads have wings and strong snaps to hold your pad in place both in day time and night time use.
